Piano Hands (Elena K)
Trapped Piano
Our Piano is in a clear tarp so the first thing I had to do was flatten out the tarp so you could actually see the piano. The farther away the tarp is from the surface the less clearly you can see what is under it. The other side of the piano is surrounded by boxes, so to get the same angle I had to take it from the wrong side and then mirror the photo when I was editing.

Torah (Elena K)
Fancy Book
I don't have a Torah so I used the fanciest book I own. The rest of the process was pretty easy, except for when I had to make the image black and white. For some reason the pages were either be covered in shadows too dark to see anything or they would go completely white. It took a lot of trial and error to get similar shadows to the original.

Brick Shadow (Elena K)
Shadow on Brick
This one was fun because I had to get creative with it. I couldn't get a natural shadow so I added that when editing. First I tried the brush tool but that wasn't clean enough. The line was not straight and it was uneven. I eventually used a tool to make a black rectangle and turned it at an angle.
